The Tri-City Association of REALTORS® (TCAR) Government Affairs Committee has prepared its 2026 General Election Candidate Guide to help members and community voters make informed decisions ahead of the November 3 general election.

The guide provides an overview of candidates in contested congressional, state legislative, judicial, county, and local races affecting our region. It includes candidate backgrounds, publicly reported endorsements, political positioning, and assessments of policies related to housing affordability, homeownership, property rights, and the real estate industry.
