Spring Forward with Kindness: Nominate a Neighbor in Need

Tri-Cities, Washington — As spring blossoms, it's time to roll up our sleeves and lend a helping hand. Tri-City Association of Realtors® is calling on community members to nominate neighbors who could use a little extra support with their yard work this season.

Do you know someone who is elderly, disabled, or facing health or financial challenges? Maybe a neighbor who could benefit from a bit of spring cleanup—raking, weeding, or trimming—to make their home surroundings safer and more beautiful?

Now’s your chance to show you care. We’re accepting nominations for individuals and families in need of free yard cleanup assistance, provided by our amazing team of Realtor® volunteers.

Nomination Deadline: April 18, 2025

Cleanup Date: May 3, 2025

“This effort is about more than just yard work,” said Andrew Magallanez, CEO. “It’s about dignity, compassion, and showing our neighbors they’re not alone.”
