lurking beneath the surface. Seller Disclosure
Statements are only the beginning of the disclosure process. It is important to understand your obligations and responses to these potential dangers.
• Recognize possible environmental hazards in a home
• Create strategies for working with sellers to correct hazards
• Identify the statutes related to the Seller Disclosure Statement
• Develop a dialogue to educate sellers on their obligations for disclosure
